The objectives of the Council are to:

Promote and support the National Small business, Small Disadvantaged Business and Woman-Owned Business Program of the United States.

Advise methods and procedures pursuant to Congressional mandates, current policies, regulations, and directives of the United States to assure Small Businesses are afforded every opportunity to bid on Federal prime contracts and subcontracts.
